Who are we?

We're IC Travel, the CLIC committee organizing your study trip.

Why are you receiving this e-mail?

Every year we organize a trip for all final-year bachelor students at our beloved Faculty. Well, almost every year: last year COVID hit us hard and we unfortunately had to cancel it. That's why some of you received an e-mail even though your Bachelor's degree ended last year. We decided it wasn't cool to leave you in the lurch, so you're invited to our trip this year.

Where are we going and why?

Well, the health situation is still not in top form, so this year we're off to SWITZERLAND....! Wait, wait, don't go like that! I promise, Switzerland's cool and the planet will thank us. And really, a fully-organized week with visits to companies, universities and wild activities with all our little friends is tempting, isn't it? It's a chance to discover or rediscover your host country. And after a year trapped in our 10m2 rooms, getting together to enjoy ourselves is a must!

How much will the trip cost ?

Unfortunately, it all depends on how many of us there are, what activities we can do, and a whole host of other parameters. We'll let you know the exact cost as soon as we can, of course. For now, we just need to know if you're interested, and if so, when.

When will the trip happen ?

We will select dates in the summer of 2021 according to your availability. Enter all your availabilities in the form! We'll keep you informed as soon as possible. The trip is scheduled from

What about COVID ?

If the COVID worsens between now and summer, yes, it could happen. We will do our utmost to adapt the trip and avoid any risk, and will be ready to cancel it if necessary.

Payment

You don't have to pay anything at the moment, but we'll keep you informed as the project progresses. We are collecting money to reduce the individual cost of the trip, and we expect to receive subsidies once the trip is over!
