Hello everyone!

We know you've been waiting for this message, and we're delighted to be able to tell you that the Faculty sweaters have finally arrived! Now we're going to do everything we can to meet the following 3 objectives: to get the sweaters to you as quickly as possible, to enable each and every one of you to collect your sweater(s), and to avoid any risk of the virus spreading. To do this, we're going to ask you to choose one of these 3 options: Wait for the next distribution at the start of the second semester If you can wait to receive your order, this is the best option, as it avoids generating gatherings while the situation is still alarming. You will be contacted during the month of February to set up a new plan based on the health situation. We will propose options for everyone, even if you are not on campus (internship, exchange...) during the next semester. Pick up your order during December and January revisions If you can't wait any longer and are able to come to campus, this is the best option, as it will be quicker. You will be asked to choose a time slot so that no more than 5 people are present at any one time. It is possible to delegate the collection of your order to someone else. No-one can collect your order for you for the next few months. If you are unable to come or ask someone to come and pick up your sweater over the next few months, we will look for a solution together. You will be asked to provide your postal address in case we are able to arrange delivery. Please note, however, that we won't be able to start processing this option until February, at which point you'll be contacted.

Finally, here is some information to help you collect your order if you have chosen to come and collect it:

• When to come? You need to come at the time slot you reserved in the Doodle. If you forgot to write it down, you can ask us at logistique.clic@epfl.ch.
• How and where to come? Pick up your order at the CLIC office at INN 132. You can knock on the door or call us on +41 21 693 81 28. If nobody's there, don't hesitate to contact me on +41 76 399 46 20. If you have delegated the collection of your order as described in the form, then he or she can come without worries in the same way.
• Other information: If you're still looking for information, don't forget that you should have received an email copy of your answers to the form. Also, our Instagram page features explanatory stories, so don't hesitate to visit it, send us messages and subscribe!
